Lacanau- Ocean situated on the cote d’argent just 25 min from our feral surf camp it is one of the surfing world’s best kept secrets. When surfers talk about France they immediately think of Hossegor and Biarritz, which have both become synonymous with the international surfing community, but what the French haven’t let on to the rest of the world is Lacanau –Ocean a fresh and funky town with miles of untapped beach breaks.

 It has a great communal feel to the town with plenty of Bars, Nightclubs, Restaurants, Surf Shops and a thriving street arts and entertainment scene during the peak months.

Lacanau-Ocean is also host to the WQS SooRuz pro competition where you can see some of the world’s finest up  and coming surfers competing for a spot on the ASP World Tour. Former legends of the SooRuz are Kelly Slater, Mark Occhilupo, Andy Irons, Tom Curren and many more.
